As Managers, we sometimes bring up the negative and seldom focus on the positive and tasks well done. I wanted to take time and commend one of your employees, and Meiborg as a whole for a job well done. First and foremost, I have seen this employee in action at our warehouse. In this instance he found a specific product that the warehouse blamed us for losing. Once I informed him, he started looking for it and found it in their receiving area. It was never shipped to the assigned address and he was able to find it. His motive for searching was that the part was never in Meiborg’s possession. He is proud of Meiborg’s track record.
Team Meiborg, we do these favors for you because it is the right thing to do and you and your folks are always “Johnny on the spot” with us.
